This is the first exhibition organized by volunteers among the teaching staff of the oil painting course in the Tokyo National University of Fine Art and Music. What kind of quality and extension does the"FIELD OF EMERGENCE" have in art creation? We explore the variations and common grounds within the concept and method of "drawing". We will also reconsider the function of CHINRETSUKAN Gallery as the "FIELD OF EMERGENCE" by including some works from The University Art Museum collection as part of the exhibition.
